Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper and drain.
    Add salt, chili powder, pepper and tomatoes.
    Mix together and add uncooked rice.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish, cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
