Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bottle ketchup
10 oz. grape jelly
1 lemon, squeezed
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. oat bran cereal (chop in blender)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together in medium saucepan.
Heat until bubbling.
Mix the turkey, cereal, garlic powder and parsley.
Form into walnut size balls and bake in glass Pyrex for 30 minutes, covered. Better if made ahead of time.
Serve at parties or covered dish dinners.
