Mexican Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. chopped black olives
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spread on flour tortilla. Chill.
    Cut in slices 1-inch thick.
    Serve with picante sauce.
