Mushroom & Asparagus Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sweet red pepper, cored and sliced
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    6 stalks asparagus, chopped, parboiled
    3/4 c. fat free chicken stock
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    8 oz. wide no-yolk noodles (4 cups raw)
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    Garlic & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat large no-stick pan with no-stick spray.
    Saute the red pepper, mushrooms, onions & asparagus over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until soft.
