Lemon Pecan Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box brown sugar
1 lb. real butter
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. chopped pecans
2 oz. bottle lemon extract
Preparation

Cream together brown sugar and butter; add eggs and flour; add cherries, pineapple, pecans and lemon extract.
Mix and bake for 2 or 3 hours at 300 degrees.
(I bake mine about 2 1/2 hours.) Don't overbake.
