Mexican Scoop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 pkg. dried Ranch House dressing
    Parmesan cheese
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions (I use the tops only)
    1 small can sliced black olives
    green pepper, diced
    tomato, diced
    1 large bag nacho chips
Preparation
    Blend dressing and sour cream.
    Put in a pile in the center of a serving plate.
    Top with 3 cheeses, all the vegetables and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
    Arrange nachos around the dip to use to scoop it up.
