1/4 c. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms (undrained)
2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded *
chicken tenders (raw, skinless)
Wish-Bone Italian dressing (regular or lite)
white cooking wine
Italian herbs (1 or 2 pinches)
garlic (1 or 2 fresh cloves), minced
mushrooms (fresh), sliced
salt and pepper to taste
