Creamy Chicken Manicotti(Student Favorite) - cooking recipe

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells (about 14 pieces)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    4 c. chicken, boiled or baked, finely chopped or shredded and firmly packed
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped in food processor
    1/4 c. butter
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded *
    chicken tenders (raw, skinless)
    Wish-Bone Italian dressing (regular or lite)
    white cooking wine
    Italian herbs (1 or 2 pinches)
    garlic (1 or 2 fresh cloves), minced
    mushrooms (fresh), sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
