Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    2 bell/green peppers, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done. Allow to cool. Cut lengthwise and scoop out soft center, keeping shell intact as much as possible.
