Pecan Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1/2 bunch basil
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
2 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. light olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Food process first 8 ingredients, adding them one at a time. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the oil and Parmesan.
Mix well.
