Hawaiian Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. undrained, crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Topping:
Combine coconut with 1/2 of the pineapple; set aside.
