Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, pared and cut in 1/4-inch slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Put layers of potatoes in buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
    Dot with butter.
    Repeat steps until potatoes are gone.
    Add milk until it may be seen through top layer.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours in moderate oven at 350\u00b0, or until potatoes are tender.
