Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated onion with juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or yogurt
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook carrots in a small amount of water for 5 minutes.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the water for sauce.
    Combine onion with juice, horseradish, mayonnaise, lemon pepper and reserved water. Put carrots in a 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Cover with sauce. Top with a mixture of cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
