Creamy Cabbage-And-Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. finely shredded green cabbage
    1/2 c. finely shredded onion
    1 green or red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
    1 large red apple, cored and diced
    1/4 c. dark or light raisins
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    green pepper rings for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onion and pepper strips. Toss apple and raisins with lemon juice; add to cabbage.
    In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Toss until evenly coated.
    Cover slaw with plastic film and refrigerate until serving time.
    Stir with fork just before serving.
    Garnish with pepper rings, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
