Delicious Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless pork loin
1/2 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
1/4 c. apple juice
3 1/2 Tbsp. whipping cream
parsley to garnish
Preparation

Cut pork into 1 1/2-inch slices.
Flatten slightly into a rounded shape.
Brown pork in butter; about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in a well-greased pan.
Pour off fat.
Turn oven up to 500\u00b0.
Mix cheese, mustard and 2 tablespoons whipping cream in bowl.
Spread mixture over pork and bake at 500\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes or until topping bubbles.
Remove pork from pan and keep warm.
In the pan, the pork was cooked in, mix apple juice and 3 1/2 tablespoons of whipping cream.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly and scraping the bottom and sides of the pan.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened.
Pour over pork and sprinkle with parsley.
