Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (fluted edges)
Preparation

Preheat
oven to 425\u00b0.\tMix ingredients in order given. Pour into
pie
shell.
Bake
15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool completely. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
