Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Chop broccoli and cook until just a little soft but still firm.
    Mix together mayo, Cheddar cheese, eggs, soup, onion, salt, pepper and 1 cup Italian bread crumbs. Add broccoli.
    Mix well. Pour in
    a loaf pan or a casserole dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top to suit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
