Spicy New England Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. corned beef brisket
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place brisket, fat side down, in roasting pan in about 1/2-inch of water.
    Seal
    pan with heavy foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender,
    keeping small amount of water in pan.
    When brisket is done, drain liquid from roasting pan and pour into a large stock pot.
    Make a paste with brown sugar and mustard.
    Spoon glaze over and under brisket.
    Return to oven at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
