Gotombki(Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    3/4 c. cooked rice (not instant)
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 onion, chopped
    few cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or any oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 to 3 lb. spareribs (any kind)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Core the cabbage deep.
    Pour 1 cup of water into the core cavity.
    Cover with a plastic bag and place into a microwavable bowl.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Open plastic bag carefully and check the cabbage leaves for softness.
    Removes leaves one at a time.
    If they don't remove easily, add more water.
    Cover and microwave again.
    Time varies according to microwave.
