Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crabmeat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced parsley
flour (enough to coat)
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. water
dry bread crumbs, sifted
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients together.
Press mixture into firm cakes (8 to 10).
Chill well.
Before serving, dip cakes in flour, then in egg beaten with water, then dip into bread crumbs.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Saute cakes quickly over high heat until brown, turning once.
