Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Chill evaporated milk in ice tray or bowl in an ice bowl until ice cold. Mix egg yolks, 6 tablespoons of sugar, lemon rind and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in large bowl.
