Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except steak in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 5 minutes.
    Pound steak.
    Cut into serving size portions.
    Place in large roasting pan.
    Pour hot sauce over meat.
    Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
