Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium to large potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
salt
pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chives
1/2 c. shredded cheese for topping
Preparation

Wash potatoes and bake unwrapped and unpeeled at 500\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Slice off top of potato lengthwise and discard.
With large spoon, carefully remove inside of potato and place in mixing bowl.
Set skins aside.
Add sour cream, butter, garlic salt and cheese together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and spoon mixture into potato skins.
Top with chives and reheat until cheese melts at 350\u00b0.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and serve while hot.
