Hawaiian Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. egg noodles
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. pineapple cubes
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook egg noodles in salted, boiling water until tender.
Drain and rinse. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan while noodles cook. Stir in flour and gradually add milk and pineapple syrup. Stir constantly until thickened. Add pineapple cubes, ham and cooked noodles. Blend well and pour into greased casserole. Combine bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and top casserole with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
