Boursin Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
8 cloves crushed garlic or powdered equivalent
2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 tsp. dried dill weed or seed
2 tsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. tarragon (optional)
1 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt
Preparation

In medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese with herbs until well blended and smooth.
Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
Sprinkle lemon and pepper salt on sheet of wax paper.
Use hands to pat cheese into round flat shape.
Roll cheese in pepper until well covered.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 2 cups.
