Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 mushrooms
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1 small finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems and chop them finely.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add rest of ingredients, including stems, to sausage and form into small balls.
    Place into mushroom caps. Heat at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 10 minutes.
