Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 cups applesauce
5 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice

Preparation

Cook to heat and it is ready to seal in jars.
(I like to make my own applesauce by quartering and coring apples, leave peels on.
Cook until tender then blend in blender and its ready to make apple butter.)
