St. Luke'S Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 jar pimento (optional)
    1/2 green pepper (optional)
    1 can green or yellow beans
    6 oz. medium noodles
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, pimento in frying pan.
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Mix everything together.
    Put in casserole and bake for 1 hour.
    Other leftover meat may also be used.
    If using poultry, use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of celery.
    Put crumbs or French dried onions on top of casserole.
