Boomba Poliuka Spanielska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can chili con carne (with beans)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup, plus equal amount of water
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/8 tsp. each basil, oregano and rosemary
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 lb. seashell macaroni
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except macaroni in a saucepan.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and heat a few minutes longer. Top each serving with additional cheese. Best if made early in the day and reheated.
