Cheese Snack Cracker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Cut in margarine with fork to crumb size.
    Add vinegar, cheese and cold water.
    Mix and shape into ball; wrap in wax paper or plastic.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Roll out amount needed (store rest in refrigerator).
    Roll very thin, cut in wedges, bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
