Vegetable Filled Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 flounder fillets
1/4 c. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped flat leaf Italian parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped basil
Preparation

In the microwave, cook mushrooms, pepper and sliced green onion until soft.
Stir in garlic, parsley and basil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut four 12-inch lengths of aluminum foil.
Spray foil with vegetable spray.
