Pancake-Sausage Wedges - cooking recipe

12 Brown 'N Serve sausage links, cooked and well drained
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 large eggs
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Place sausage, spoke-fashion, in lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish.
Combine flour, eggs, milk and oil, stirring until moist. Spoon over sausages.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into wedges.
Makes 12 servings.
Top with butter and syrup.
