Steak And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 full cut round steak
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
1 pkg. packaged onion soup mix
1 stick unsalted margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
water
Preparation

Place steak on large sheet of aluminum foil and salt and pepper to taste.
In large bowl, place dressing mix, soup mix and pour melted margarine over it.
Stir and add enough water to make dressing damp, but not soupy.
Place dressing on half of the steak and fold the other half over top.
Fold and seal foil around the meat and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
About 15 minutes before meat is done, pour mushroom soup in bowl and beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour over meat and return to oven, leaving the foil open.
Heat until the soup is hot and bubbling.
