Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    7 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    28 crackers, crushed into medium pieces
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk
    2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.
    Beat together eggs, cornstarch and 1 cup milk.
    Add this beaten mixture slowly to hot mixture.
    Mixing thoroughly, bring everything to a boil.
    Last, add the coconut and vanilla.
    Keep refrigerated.
