Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. egg skins
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. regular sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 cans bamboo shoots
2 cans water chestnuts
4 ribs celery
1 head cabbage
3 onions
1 bunch green onions
1 bag carrots
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) mushrooms
spices (garlic, salt, pepper, Accent and ginger)
Preparation

Brown the meat.
Add diced veggies and seasonings; saute until blended and crisply done.
Stuff egg roll skin with mix.
Roll up and deep fry until golden brown.
