Lemon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. gelatin
2 Tbsp. cold water
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Beat egg yolks.
Add lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Cook in double boiler.
Add gelatin.
Place in vanilla wafer shell.
Beat egg whites for meringue and brown.
