Hot Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit baking mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage and crumble; drain excess fat and cool sausage. Combine all ingredients.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until puffed and brown.
    Cool on wire rack or paper towel.
