Peanut Butter Chewies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped roasted peanuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except nuts, in a large bowl. Wet your hands and shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll balls in the chopped peanuts and the candy is ready.
