Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1 large chopped onion
1/4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced celery
1 c. water
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cream
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Simmer vegetables in water until tender (10 to 15 minutes). Add remaining
ingredients except parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
