Quick-Baked Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. brown gravy
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. penne pasta (short, small pasta tubes)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Add oil to frying pan and add hamburger and garlic.
Saute until tender, then drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese and the pasta.
Simmer the mixture while the pasta cooks until just barely tender.
Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
Pour all into a 3-quart baking dish and top with the Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
