Fruit Cocktail Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar at high speed until light and fluffy.
Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Add the fruit cocktail.
Beat at medium speed until well blended. Spread in greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
