Hot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook shredded cabbage with a little water, 15 to 20 minutes. Mix the egg, sugar, salt and vinegar together well.
Pour over hot cabbage, cook an additional 5 minutes.
