Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. margarine
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Add beaten egg, onion, cheese, mayonnaise and soup.
Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Mix margarine and stuffing mix and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
