Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes or yams
1 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk or canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon extract
2 Tbsp. cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
Preparation

Boil the sweet potatoes or yams until center of potatoes are soft.
Mash the potatoes, then add butter, eggs, sugar, milk, extracts and cinnamon.
Blend until batter is smooth (no lumps). Set aside for 30 minutes and pour into an 8-inch pie plate or pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes until browned on top. When pie is done, center of pie should be solid.
Serve warm or cold.
