Barbecued Country Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. country style spareribs
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut spareribs into strips.
Lay in roasting pan fat side up.
Arrange onion slices over spareribs. Bake for 25 minutes until they begin to brown.
Combine all other ingredients into small pan; mix well.
Bring to boil.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour sauce over spareribs.
Turn, coating with sauce. Bake 1 hour or until tender, basting every 15 minutes with sauce. Yield:
4 servings.
