Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. cold salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. cold water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake yeast (household)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add flour to consistency.
    Let dough rise once; knead down.
    Let rise second time; roll out and cut with glass. Place in pan.
    Let rise again and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
