Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
1 sprig fresh marjoram, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped scallions
Preparation

Place tomato slices in a serving bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes.
Allow to marinate 1 hour or longer.
