Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large stalks fresh broccoli
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
6 slices cucumbers, quartered
4 or 5 small radishes, sliced
1 Tbsp. minced onion
6 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 boiled egg, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
sugar and salt to taste
Preparation

Select fresh green broccoli and cut away or peel tough stalks. Freshen in cold water for 1 hour.
Dice or slice tender stalks and break flowerets into small bits.
Add other ingredients and toss.
