Pecan Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    5 eggs
    1 c. Karo syrup
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and margarine together and pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Beat 5 eggs until thoroughly mixed.
    Add syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Beat together and add pecans.
    Pour on the crust and reduce heat in oven to 275\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
