Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can wax beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 large purple onion, sliced into rings
    1 green pepper, sliced into rings
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix beans together in a bowl.
    Place onion and green pepper slices on top of beans.
    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over beans.
    Let stand overnight.
