Freezer Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients

tender pods of okra
Crisco shortening
white or yellow cornmeal

Preparation

Wash and slice the tender okra.
Coat with Crisco oil.
Cover okra with cornmeal.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Bag when cool; freeze.
